We guarantee paper acceptance and publication within the agreed timeframe for the selected journal, provided the author complies with all guidelines, editorial revisions, formatting standards, and timeline requirements.
To uphold this publication commitment, authors must supply accurate research data, respond promptly to editorial reviewer queries, execute recommended revisions diligently, and sign required publisher copyright/disclosure forms when requested.

Once the publication support process has been initiated and payment has been received, all fees are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation requests received post-payment or post-initiation cannot be processed for monetary refunds under any circumstances.
